Ans: The Torque-Tech mini cycling torque wrench is available in torque range from 3 to 50 N.m, with a fine resolution, offering high accuracy across a wide variety of applications. The lower range is ideal for precision tasks in bicycle maintenance—such as adjusting carbon components, stems, and seat posts—while the higher range supports more demanding needs like e-bike assembly, cranksets, and even light motorcycle repair. This versatility makes it suitable for both professional technicians and cycling enthusiasts who require reliable and accurate torque control.

Ans: Yes, this mini cycling torque wrench supports dual-direction usage—both clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW)—making it suitable for various bicycle applications and screw orientations. At present, we do clockwise calibration only as usual.

Ans: The mini cycling torque wrench body is made of 6061 aluminum alloy, combined with anodized surface treatment to create a visual impression. The inner wall of the aluminum tube is reinforced to enhance its long-term durability.
It complies with international standards DIN ISO 6789 and ASME B107.300-2010, and each unit is individually calibrated to an accuracy of ±4% before shipment.

Ans: To maintain long-term accuracy and avoid spring fatigue, it is recommended to set the wrench to its lowest torque value (e.g., 3 Nm or the minimum on the scale) before storage.

Ans: This is a click-type mini cycling torque wrench. Once the preset torque value is reached, it will emit a distinct “click” sound and feel, indicating that no further force should be applied.

Ans: Calibration is performed using certified torque testers that measure multiple points (usually the lowest, 60% to 100% of full scale) in clockwise(CW) direction.
Each mini cycling torque wrench is adjusted to meet ±4% tolerance and provided with a traceable calibration record.
For frequent users, calibration is recommended every 6 months or after 5,000 cycles. For occasional use, once per year is generally sufficient.
